A pathway to greater freedom and balance within your body.

“When the body feels space, the whole self has room to breathe.”

My goal is not to force your body into change, but to listen, respond, and create the conditions for your body to let go.

Meet Melissa

My journey into bodywork began in 2017, inspired by a genuine curiosity about how the body works and a desire to help people feel more balanced in their bodies. The background in clinical rehab gave me a strong foundation and taught me to look beyond where discomfort shows up and consider the body as a whole.

Outside my practice, you'll usually find me in my candle studio, spending time with my dog Stella, reading with a cup of tea nearby, or finding quiet moments that help me stay grounded too. I believe we can only care for others as well as we care for ourselves.

My Approach

A biomechanical understanding of how your body moves, adapts, and holds tension. Rather than simply working over areas of discomfort, I look at the bigger picture—how your posture, movement patterns, muscles, fascia, and daily habits may be influencing the way you feel.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to what your body needs that day. Through intentional, therapeutic bodywork , I work with your body, helping to ease tension, create space, and support more balanced, efficient movement.

What I Believe

Your body is always communicating with you, and that pain, tension, and discomfort are often part of a bigger story. I believe in looking beyond the symptoms to better understand what your body may be asking for.

Your body has its own wisdom. My role is to help you reconnect with it.

Melissa began her bodywork journey in 2017. She has learned alongside exceptional physical therapists in the clinical setting, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to repair itself. She has completed extensive Eastern Modality Training, including Thai Massage and Barefoot “Ashiatsu.” She has also studied directly under a highly skilled and inspiring physical therapist who travels the world teaching fascia workshops in Sweden, Greece, England, and many other countries.

Melissa’s passion for bodywork has led to countless client sessions and robust hands-on experience, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of the body and the unique needs of each individual.

With an open and curious approach to learning, Melissa continues to study with a variety of teachers and practitioners, believing there is always something new to discover, refine, and share. Her passion for continued growth has led her to complete hundreds of hours of continuing education while exploring new techniques and modalities. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge so she can share what she learns and help each person feel the very best.
