Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Client Policies.
1. Booking & Payment
To reserve your appointment time, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit of your total service fee is collected when your appointment is scheduled. This deposit is applied toward your service and helps ensure that your reserved time is held especially for you.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At The Depth Session, we understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24 hours or more notice: Your deposit will be held as a credit toward a future appointment. You’re welcome to reschedule at a time that works best for you.
Less than 24 hours notice: Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours of your appointment will require the full service fee. Your deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance.
No-shows: Appointments missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus the remaining balance of the service.
The 24-hour cancellation window is measured from your scheduled appointment time.
I truly appreciate your understanding and consideration. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and providing notice when plans change allows me the opportunity to offer that time to someone else.
If an unexpected circumstance or emergency arises, please reach out. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment so we can enjoy the full time we’ve set aside for you. 🤍
If you happen to arrive late, we’ll make the most of the time available while also honoring the appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your session may need to be shortened, while the full service fee will still apply.
If you arrive significantly late and there is no longer enough time to provide your session in a meaningful and respectful way, your appointment may be considered a late cancellation, and the full service fee may be forfeited.
I understand that unexpected things can happen. If you know you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to move forward.
4. Health & Client Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, current medications, injuries, medical conditions, recent procedures, pregnancy, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect massage therapy.
Clients should inform The Depth Session LLC of any changes to their health status before receiving treatment.
**Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.** When appropriate, The Depth Session LLC may recommend that a client seek evaluation or clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before receiving massage therapy.
The therapist reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment when a client's condition may make massage therapy inappropriate or unsafe.
5. Informed Consent & Client Comfort
Before and during a session, clients may communicate their preferences regarding pressure, positioning, areas of treatment, temperature, music, draping, or other aspects of the session.
Clients have the right to ask questions, request modifications, decline a technique, or end the session at any time.
The therapist will respect the client's decision to modify or terminate treatment.
6. Draping, Privacy & Professional Boundaries
Professional draping will be used throughout the massage session in accordance with applicable professional standards and the client's comfort.
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries during all appointments.
The Depth Session LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, sexual comments, sexual requests, inappropriate touching, or any other sexually inappropriate behavior.
Any inappropriate or sexual behavior directed toward the therapist may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.
The therapist likewise maintains professional boundaries and will not engage in sexual activity or inappropriate conduct with a client.
7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
The Depth Session LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session when:
* A client's behavior is threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
* A client violates professional boundaries.
* The therapist determines that continuing treatment may be unsafe or inappropriate.
* A client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that may affect safety or consent.
* The client provides false or materially incomplete information relevant to treatment.
* Continuing the appointment would compromise the safety, dignity, or well-being of the client or therapist.
When a session is terminated because of inappropriate client conduct or violation of these policies, the service fee may be forfeited.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings brought into the studio. The Depth Session LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
9. Confidentiality & Client Information
Client information and treatment records will be handled confidentially and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and professional requirements.
Information may be disclosed when authorized by the client or when disclosure is required or permitted by law.
10. Communication
The Depth Session LLC may communicate with clients regarding appointments, scheduling, cancellations, payments, and other practice-related matters using the contact information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains current.
11. Refunds
Because your appointment and service are thoughtfully prepared and reserved especially for you, payments for completed services are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding and for trusting The Depth Session LLC with your time and care. 🤍
We’re happy to honor your deposit as a credit toward a future appointment when you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We hope this allows you the flexibility to reschedule when the time feels right for you. 🤍
12. Gift Certificates & Promotional Offers
If gift certificates, packages, memberships, discounts, or promotional offers are provided, additional terms may apply.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 may be subject to additional consent and documentation requirements. Prior arrangements must be made with The Depth Session LLC before booking an appointment for a minor.
14. Studio Environment
The Depth Session LLC operates as a professional massage therapy studio. Clients are expected to respect the studio, therapist, equipment, furnishings, and the privacy of others.
Any intentional damage to studio property may result in the client being responsible for the associated repair or replacement costs, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Policy Changes
The Depth Session LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions and Client Policies as needed.
Updated policies will apply to appointments booked after the effective date of the revised policy.
